Important Instructions
- This online application facility is valid only for the answer booklets viewed via email, offline viewed answer booklets or offline applications will not be allowed in any case. Earlier procedures for Scrutiny, Grievance and Challenge Evaluation has been discontinued.
- The applicant will have to apply online within 15 days from the date of receiving the scanned copy of the answer sheet via email, if there is any un-evaluated question, mistake in marks total, difference in the marks of result with marks of answer sheet and if applicant is dissatisfied with evaluation of answer booklet.
- No charges will be payable for application of Scrutiny and Grievance. Application Fee of Rs. 3000 / - per answer booklet will be charged for application of Challenge Evaluation. The online deposit fee will not be returned in any case.
- After applying for any errors in the evaluated answer book, if there is any changes in the marks of the candidate, then the candidate will be informed online only.
- Applicant have to fill his/her bank details accurately for challenge evaluation, amount will be refunded online only if challenge is found valid. Applicant will be solely responsible, if the payment is made in the wrong account due to incorrect details.
महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
- यह ऑनलाइन आवेदन की सुविधा मात्र ईमेल के माध्यम से अवलोकित की गयी उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं हेतु ही मान्य है, ऑफलाइन अवलोकित उत्तर पुस्तिका अथवा ऑफलाइन आवेदन किसी भी दशा में मान्य नहीं होगा|परिनिरीक्षण(Scrutiny) ,ग्रीवांस(Grievance) तथा चुनौती मूल्यांकन (Challenge Evaluation) हेतु पूर्व में संचालित प्रक्रिया समाप्त की जा चुकी है|
- उत्तर पुस्तिका में किसी प्रश्न का मूल्यांकन न होने, अंकों के योग में त्रुटि होने,उत्तर पुस्तिका में प्राप्त अंक तथा विद्यार्थी के परीक्षाफल के अंकों में अंतर होने अथवा मूल्यांकन से असंतुस्ट होने की दशा में, उत्तर पुस्तिका की Scanned Copy प्राप्त होने की तिथि से 15 दिवसों के अंदर ही अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा|
- परिनिरीक्षण(Scrutiny) तथा ग्रीवांस(Grievance) से संबंधित त्रुटियों के निवारण हेतु कोई शुल्क देय नहीं होगा| चुनौती मूल्यांकन या Challenge Evaluation हेतु रू 3000/- प्रति उत्तर पुस्तिका शुल्क देय होगा|ऑनलाइन जमा शुल्क किसी भी दशा में वापस नहीं होगा।
- मूल्यांकित उत्तर पुस्तिका में किसी त्रुटि हेतु आवेदन करने के उपरांत यदि अभ्यर्थी के प्राप्तांको में कोई संसोधन होता है तो अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन ही उक्त संसोधन से अवगत कराया जायेगा|
- चुनौती मूल्यांकन हेतु आवेदन में अभ्यर्थी को अपने बैंक का विवरण सही -सही देना अनिवार्य है, चुनौती मान्य होने के दशा में वापस की जाने वाली धनराशि ऑनलाइन ही वापस की जाएगी, बैंक का विवरण गलत होने से यदि किसी गलत खाते में भुगतान होता है तो उसका पूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व अभ्यर्थी का होगा|
